Sirisha Reddy Sareesallows the Return of the product(s), only if they are damaged or defective.
Replacement/exchange request items will be picked up within 2 days, and delivery will be with in next 5-6 business days.
The customers are requested to raise the Return request within 2 days from the day of receiving the product(s) by contacting our customer care department.
Customers are requested to return the products(s) within 7 working days of receiving the product. The return of the product will not be accepted after this time-frame.
For all returns and exchanges, you must provide a clear, continuous unboxing video showing the product being opened, its condition, and all packaging materials. This helps us verify the product’s condition upon delivery. Failure to provide an unboxing video may result in rejection of the return or exchange request.
The product(s), the customer want to return, must be in saleable condition, original folds and packaging should be retained. The returnable products must be in unused and undamaged condition, the price and product tags should also be intact.
To initiate the returning process of the product(s) purchased from the Sirisha Reddy Sarees website, the customers are supposed to contact the customer care department, through an e-mail/phone, within two days of receiving the product(s).

The customers are requested to courier the bought product(s) to our designated address, once their return request is accepted.

The Customer Should mention his/her name, order number and mobile number, on the top of the packaging in which the product is couriered by the earlier mentioned procedure. Customers should ensure that the original receipt/invoice is included with the product when sending it to us.

The customer has to pay the courier charges while returning/exchanging the product. We will be taking the sole responsibility in paying these courier charges, if the mistake is at our end, the courier charges will be returned to the customer through credit note/voucher.
